If I was getting 15000 for it I would be rolling in money.

The other one is going all the way across a 1024 size map probably 800-900 tiles away and it only gives $6000 for 7 train cars full of plastic. The fuel is going to a local gas station not very far away and it's paying 1500 for 7 train cars full of fuel, it's about 80 tiles away. Maybe it's penalizing me because my train is only going 45 kph? My trains delivering fuel are also going the same speed and making tons of money and they're actually going around a big lake so the track isn't straight at all. The thing that made it unprofitable was the really low delivery fee. The route was mostly straight, I had to go around some water but for the most part it was straight. I get 1500 for delivering the petrol, and the distance is less than 1/10th that of the plastic route. I guess long range trips just aren't worth it. The maintenance cost alone is way higher than that. Net profit of only 1600 圆 trains, I'm looking at only 10800 for the whole line - and it takes months just to go back and forth. Trains head that way with the cargo and wind up using ~$2200 just to get there. Built a huge straight railroad going all the way across the map, then put 6 trains on the job, thinking I would get a huge fee for deliery. So I decided to deliver another of the refinery's goods, plastic, across the map to the only other consumer for the refinery. Two looped tracks with 4 trains each and I was making just over 50k annual profit. I started with crude oil to refinery and petrol to gas station.
